Does TikTok
give plaques?
No. TikTok has no official award programme for follower counts, view counts, gifter levels or anything else. There is no TikTok equivalent of YouTube's Play Buttons, and there never has been. Every TikTok plaque you have seen was made by an independent studio.
What TikTok does hand out
TikTok does give people physical trophies — just not for milestones. The TikTok Awards are regional award shows run in markets including the US, the UK and Ireland, and Germany, with categories and winners chosen editorially and by public vote. Winners get a trophy. Crossing a follower count gets you nothing.
That distinction matters if you are searching for a plaque: there is no threshold to hit, no eligibility page to check, and no queue to join. The programme you are looking for does not exist.

What creators do instead
Make one. This is common enough that it has its own genre of post — creators laser-cutting their own play button at 1,000 subscribers, or ordering an engraved plate for a milestone no platform acknowledges. The recurring sentiment in those threads is worth noting: people tend to value the one they had made more than the official one, because it marks the number that actually mattered to them.

Why does YouTube give plaques and TikTok doesn't?
YouTube's Creator Awards began as a retention programme for a subscriber-based platform where channel identity is the product. TikTok's growth model is feed-and-algorithm led rather than subscriber led, and it has never run a comparable milestone programme.
